A bright, welcoming refresh for the Balcomo lobby. We installed wide-plank white-oak-look luxury vinyl flooring throughout the reception, lounge, and dining areas — durable enough for constant guest traffic and luggage wheels, with the warm Scandinavian look the space called for. The detail work makes this one special: fully wrapped custom stairs with matching flush nosings, and clean transitions running plank into every corner of the open-concept space. The handmade-look white tile on the reception desk ties it all together.
